Kenton Yoga offers classes every day of the working week, with public holidays and weekends on request. Our classes are offered at varying times to ensure that you can fit yoga into your life, no matter your schedule. We are a practice dedicated to health and wellness, and so we urge you to get in contact with us if you have any medical conditions or impediments that would affect your practice. This will allow us to amend our class to ensure you are able to reap the full benefits of practice.

Class Specifics
Our classes have a maximum capacity of 6 people due to COVID regulations. We offer private classes for up to 5 people.
Due to COVID restrictions you will need your own mat, blocks and strap. We have a few for sale, please let me know in advance if you would like to purchase anything. Please arrive 5 mins early as everyone will need to check their oxygen levels given the increase in COVID in the area. The doors will shut at the beginning of class, so as not to disturb other students during their practice. Namaste
