Yoga Class Schedule
Kenton Yoga offers classes every day of the working week, with public holidays and weekends on request. Our classes are offered at varying times to ensure that you can fit yoga into your life, no matter your schedule. We are a practice dedicated to health and wellness, and so we urge you to get in contact with us if you have any medical conditions or impediments that would affect your practice. This will allow us to amend our class to ensure you are able to reap the full benefits of practice. Get in contact with us here.
General Class Schedule
Our classes have a maximum capacity of 8 people. We offer private classes for up to 5 people.
If you would like to book out a class for friends, family or colleagues, please get in contact with us to let us know, and we will reserve that class for your sole use. Standard rates apply. Please let us know if you would like to book a class outside of our available times, and we will try our best to accommodate you.
Please arrive 15 minutes in advance of the start of class. The doors will shut at the beginning of class, so as not to disturb other students during their practice. Please bring your own mat, however the practice has a few available for those trying it out.
